Nike Total 90 is a series of apparel/sports equipment established by Nike specifically designed to be used for football. The range of products consists mainly of shoes, shorts, and shirts, but also includes other items such as socks, shin guards, equipment bags, and balls. The majority of Total 90 apparel is designed for athletic purposes and is made up of various materials which absorb sweat and transfer it to the outside of the material so it can be evaporated quickly. More ventilated material is usually placed in area more prone to sweat collecting such as the underarms and neck area.

The footwear is designed by Nike specifically for football and is made in five styles of sole for different playing surfaces. FG(firm-ground), SG(soft-ground), MG(multiple-ground), TF(astro-turf), and IC(indoor).

The Total 90 series is designed to provide a player with performance and comfort throughout the entire 90 minutes of a football match.

The Total 90 series have cushions that comfort all footballers/soccer players. It is found out that a lot of players, professional players, wear the Nike Total 90 series, such as Puyol, Rooney, Torres, and many more and Total 90 is becoming popular every single day.

Total 90 shoes normally come in two colours. On the tongue the words 'total 90' appear followed by the series.
