The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court has 139 signatures and 104 ratifications as at 1 November 2006, the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Court has 62 signatures and 48 ratifications as at 1 February 2007. (cf. State Parties of the International Criminal Court)
