Why include a country's participation on an olympic game in which didn't get any medal nor was it its first appearance? No offense!

Because they still sent athletes who had results. The goal of Wikipedia:WikiProject Sports Olympics is to record the results for all athletes in all events for all nations for all Games. Ambitious, but this is a start. Andrwsc 01:48, 7 November 2006 (UTC)
