[edit] openly gay

3 links to afterelton.com ? how important is being gay to his career ? Jem 18:12, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

It is discussed in his memoir and one of the most revealing major interviews he has given has been to the gay press. Also, I wanted to footnote afterelton for each bit of information, given Wiki contributors' eagle eye to any fact or statement not properly cited. And those citations just happen to be in the lengthy afterelton interview. In any case, I moved the mention/citation of his being "openly gay" to the section titled "Private Life".Mowens35 22:21, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Nigel Slater Job

Hi Publife Thanks for reverting the Observer job. My mistake. Does Slater still write for Harpers and Queen and GQ btw ? Jem 16:29, 12 September 2005 (UTC)

  • Cheers Jem, the answer to your question is, I dunno. And I'm not going to buy a copy of either any time soon, so I've changed it to 'has contributed to'. BTW, why no user page?! PubLife 09:08, 13 September 2005 (UTC)
