Nidji is a band from Jakarta, Indonesia. Formed in 2002, Nidji's name from the Japanese word niji, meaning rainbow.
Their music can be classified under by Alternative Pop. The band consists of Giring (vocalist), Andro (bassist), Run-D (keyboardist), Rama (guitarist), Ariel (guitarist), and Adri (drummer). They have released four singles so far singles Child, Sudah, Hapus Aku, and "Kau dan Aku". Each has enjoyed massive domestic airplay.

- Giring's mannerisms on stage seem eerily similar to Chris Martin of the band Coldplay. However, most often that not, the word 'copycat' comes to mind rather than 'eerily similar'.
- While the band seem to borrow musical ideas from their western contemporaries The Killers, Goo Goo Dolls, and most notably on the song "Kau dan Aku", Radiohead (with the opening keyboard riff to "Kau dan Aku" sounding similar to Radiohead's "Kid A"). Detractors of the band regularly accuse them of plagiarism, but no such allegations have been proven.
- Nidji has gone to number one on two separate occasions on MTV Ampuh an MTV Indonesia music video chart program.
- Besides as Nidji's guitarist, Rama is also one of broadcaster in one of Jakarta's radio station, Trax FM.
