[edit] About my Disambiguation reasons

Thank you, but Deckiller and SnowFire have told me already, and it's been left alone. My misunderstanding was that I didn't know there even was a Final Fantasy Wikia. I know now. But, thanks again. If you know any helpful links dealing with HTML, sendy my way. Thankupo. ;)

[edit] Hi

Heya, you are doing an excellent job with getting the initial merging done. By the way, you might want to move your projects to a /sandbox so that your talkpage only has comments on it. — Deckiller 00:45, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

I'm trying to be very proactive and bold in my editing, which as far as I can tell WP is very supportive of. Unfortunately that also means I'm learning as I go. I'm not yet sure about how to set up sandboxes quite yet, but I will research it and utilize it the next time I do a merge like this. Any time you feel you have a tidbit of advice that you feel I may be unaware of, feel free to let me know as I'm always receptive to help and constructive criticism. Thanks for your friendly support. --Daedalus 16:45, 7 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Talk page Help

Hey Daedalus, I'm Eileen (the one that helped settle the dispute about Vivi). Anyway, I read that you need some help with talk pages and sandboxes so I found you two links. Hope this helps. Wikipedia:User page#How do I create a user subpage? and m:Help:Talk page. Enjoy. -Eileen-

[edit] GameFAQs

There is a Wikipedia poll on GameFAQs, and then I went into the forum to bash people who criticized Wikipedia. I then realized how immature young gamers are. — Deckiller 15:49, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

Try as I might, I can't get my account authorized to view the Message Board for whatever mysterious reasons. But I certainly have seen a lot of immaturity in the area of Wikipedia and Webcomics, so I can easily imagine your frustration. ;) --Daedalus 23:49, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Zidane Tribal

Hi; something I've been meaning to do on pages like Final Fantasy magic is to take all those non-references and place them with the rest of the prose; they don't qualify as references, because they don't cite an image or script (although describing the image is pretty much common sense). — Deckiller 20:51, 22 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Refs

Hi; when sourcing items, can you make sure the refs go outside the puncutation, so it looks like this: Final Fantasy VII,[1]. That is usually the preferred style. — Deckiller 15:19, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

No problem. How do I handle references that are in the middle of a list, before the comma? --Daedalus 15:52, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
Right after the comma, and then a space before the next item in the list. — Deckiller 12:51, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WPFF main page and goals

Hey; I've been a little busy over at the main page and the talkpage. What do you think? — Deckiller 23:15, 1 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Hi

Hi. How is everything going? We have two pretty big FA pushes going on right now at Final Fantasy XI and Final Fantasy XII; if you've played these games, your input would be greatly appreciated. Also, thanks for keeping a close eye on the Final Fantasy gameplay subarticles. I think Kariteh and Sjones are quite enthusiastic, but it's good to be a challenger on both sides of the argument to make sure policy is upholded. — Deckiller 19:25, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for your kind words. I have enormous respect for you as an editor, and it means a lot to me. Kariteh and I are often at odds with each other philosophically, though lately we've agreed on many things, my biggest concern is that I may come on too strongly when making my cases, and come off as being uncivil. Your comments imply this isn't so (at least, not quite as much as I thought). As far as FFXII and FFXI, no I haven't played them yet. So I'm not sure how much help I could be with the GA push, but I suppose taking a peak won't hurt. --—ΔαίδαλοςΣ 20:13, 14 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User warning messages

User warning messages should be added to the user talk page. You added a warning to the user page of User:Venizuela. I moved it to the talk page. wrp103 (Bill Pringle) 06:39, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

Sorry about that, I'm obviously still new to many things. Thank you for letting me know. --—ΔαίδαλοςΣ 14:53, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Characters of Final Fantasy VIII

Hi; if possible, could you give some feedback to the article on the peer review? Thanks. — Deckiller 00:47, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

Just thought you should know that it's up for FAC. Also, we're starting a sandbox at User:Deckiller/World of Final Fantasy VIII to try and build off of the Spira (Final Fantasy X) style. If you're a fan of the game, your help would be appreciated. — Deckiller 00:54, 25 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Characters of Final Fantasy IX

Hey; want to try and bang out all those merges by the end of the night? — Deckiller 00:17, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

Done. They still need some copy-editing, and Garnet's section has holes in it that need to be filled, but the biggest problem is that the articles need sourcing. --—ΔαίδαλοςΣΣ 04:53, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, definitely. I'll try to give a hand once the XII and Characters of VIII articles make FA. — Deckiller 04:58, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Beef

The only beef I have is a right to post my thoughts and nobody can stop me from doing that. I don't have anything against you or MooMoo. Sorry for any trouble. JoshuaMD 10:18 26 March 2007 (GMT)

You can post whatever thoughts you'd like, you have that freedom. But there are proper places. The discussion page of an article is not the proper place for expressing such things. This page, this is the proper place. The discussion page should be limited to only discussion about improving the article. --—ΔαίδαλοςΣΣ 14:20, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
