Hello and Welcome. I'm Nick, and I edit as Nick on English Wikipedia, where I'm an admin, and I also edit as Heligoland on the Scots and Gaelic Wikipedias and on Meta & Commons. I'm a regular on IRC and can be found in irc://irc.freenode.net/wikipedia-en-spam as either Heligo and/or Heligoland.

A little more about me. I'm 23 and currently taking a gap year from studying for a BSc (Hons) degree in Chemistry, and I would like to move into post graduate work related to fusion or cold fusion once/if I graduate. The Chemistry related articles on Wikipedia are generally very well written, referenced and form a really rather complete resource - so much so that I've only had to start one article on a Chemistry related subject.

I'm the creator of the Spamda anti spam application, all questions should be directed to the relevant pages on Meta, where George Money and I have set up a bugzilla site and relevant pages to help in downloading and using Spamda. The application is still in Beta testing and no registration is required at the moment, so feel free to give it a whirl.
