The original article contributed by User:Squigglybee was copied from the site http://www.geocities.com/hollywood/lot/7489/nick.htm. The copied material has been removed; the rest (up to this date, anyway) is my own original writing, based on my own research for my personal site, The Duran Duran Timeline.
