Nicoleta Daniela Şofronie, known as Daniela, (born February 12, 1988 in Constanţa, Romania) is an artistic gymnast. She started gymnastics in 1992, and she burst out onto the international scene with a Silver Medal in the all around at the 2004 European Championships in Amsterdam as well as a Gold with the Romanian Team.

She affirmed her position as a notable gymnast with strong performances at the 2004 Athens Olympics, helping the Romanian team to the gold. She competed on vault, bars and floor in team finals, scoring 9.400, 9.562 and 9.562 respectively. Unusually for a Romanian gymnast, she is a strong bars worker (she made the final at the Olympics) and comparatively weak on beam. Şofronie also placed fifth all around and won a silver in floor finals behind teammate Cătălina Ponor. Şofronie has now retired from the sport and is pursuing her education.
