Nicole Marie Lenz (born January 24, 1980 in North Royalton, Ohio) is an American model, actress and a figure in some celebrity scandals. Her looks can be attributed to her Swedish, Dutch, Italian, and German heritage.

Nicole was discovered by a local Cleveland modeling agency. Where then after she won third place in a contest to become one of Playboy Magazines Millennium Search Playmates. Since then she has moved to Los Angeles and received a international modeling contract from Elite Model Management.

During her career she has appeared in numerous international magazines such as Vogue (Italy), Vogue and Maxim (Russia), FHM (UK and France), MAX (Italy), Glamour (UK), GQ (Germany) and American magazines like Paper, Marie Claire, Zink, Black and White, Playboy, and W magazine.

Lenz appeared as the Playmate in the March 2000 issue of Playboy magazine. She had been scouted during the "Playmate 2000" publicity tour and was first seen in the December 1999 issue.

Since then, Lenz has appeared in feature film and television productions. She is currently exploring acting opportunities and has been seen in feature films such as Confidence, TV: The Movie, and most recently Fanboys.

She has also appeared in in numerous independent films such as First Strike, Kush, Toxic, and Seeing Other People. Nicole has been featured in many music videos for some of the biggest pop and rock stars in the world such as, Sir Elton John, Paul McCartney, Robbie Williams, Duran Duran, and Enrique Inglesias are just a few.

She has shot with world famous photographers such as Mario Sorenti, David La Chapelle, Markus Klinko, Teri Richardson, Miles Aldridge, and Ellen Von Unworth. During her modeling career Nicole has been the face for big name hair companies like Paul Mitchel, Matrix, and Treseme. As well as, cosmetic lines like Pupa (Europe), and Trucco. She has landed other campaigns for companies like Paul Frank, Airwalk, Roxy, Swell, Skyy Vodka, Bacardi, Lees Jeans, Joe's Jeans, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, and Frederick's of Hollywood.

In 2004, reports of a video tape emerged (although it has not been publicly released[1]) which allegedly featured Paris Hilton having sex with Lenz. The video was reportedly filmed on Hilton's 22 birthday on February 15, 2003. In June 2004, Lenz was assaulted in a Los Angeles nightclub by Bijou Phillips, who, coincidentally, had appeared in a nude Playboy pictorial just one month after Lenz' Playmate appearance. The fight was broken up by Matthew Perry who later testified on Lenz' behalf. Phillips pleaded no contest to the criminal charges and Lenz has filed a civil suit.
