Nicole Léger (born March 12, 1955) was the member of the National Assembly for Pointe-aux-Trembles in Quebec. She served as minister of social services. She resigned from her seat in 2006, following Pauline Marois' defeat at the PQ 2005 leadership race. She is the daughter of former MNA Marcel Léger and the sister of Jean-Marc Léger, president of Léger Marketing, company in which she is vice-president and human ressources chief. Therefore, her involvment in Léger Marketing operations while she was minister raised several concerns about contracts the company received from the government during this period.
