Nicolas Batum (born December 14, 1988) is a highly talented basketball player who was voted the most valuable player in the U18 Albert-Schweitzer-Tournament in Mannheim 2006.

The 18-year-old is considered one of the most talented young players in Europe.

He primarily plays the small forward position, although he is capable of shifting to any of the guard positions as well.
