Nicolae Văcăroiu (born on December 5, 1943 in Cetatea Albă, now Bilhorod-Dnistrovs'kyi in Ukraine) is a Romanian politician, member of the Social Democratic Party, who served as Prime Minister between 1992 and 1996.

He has been the President of the Senate of Romania since December, 2000 and was re-elected on December 20, 2004.
