Nick Pickard

Nick Pickard plays Tony Hutchinson in Channel 4 teen soap opera Hollyoaks. He is currently the longest serving cast member and starred in the very first episode in 1995. Since then the character of Tony has developed and viewers have seen him with numerous girlfriends and run-ins with the local students.

Nick's brother John Pickard also appears in Hollyoaks playing Dominic Reilly, Tony's brother.

Nick also played the lead role, Mio, in the movie Mio in the Land of Faraway as a boy. There he is credited as Nicholas Pickard.

Nick Pickard has become a cult figure amongst some student societies in the UK. Evidence of this can be seen on facebook, myspace and other social networking websites where many fan groups have been established.
