Nick Phillips (Hockey Player)

Nick Phillips (born June 15, 1919) is a hockey player from Niagara Falls, Ontario. Although Nick was a mere 5'7', he was a feisty center man and was a class act one and off the ice. Phillips played for many teams throughout Canada and the United States during his career including the Washington Lions, Cleveland Nights, and Milwaukee Clarks of the EHL and the Providence Reds of the AHL. On January 20, 2002, Nick was inducted into the Niagara Falls Sports Wall of Fame.
