Nick Merry

Nicholas "Nick" Merry (born Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England) is a British businessman who made his money in the US running a Florida based dental biotechnology company as well as investment in gemstones. Merry moved back to his native Woodstock where he now lives full time.

Nick Merry is currently chairman of Oxford United Football Club the club he has supported all his life. He played professional football for the club in the 1970's before a knee injury ended his career prematurely.He also played football for England at schoolboy level.

Merry headed up a consortium, Woodstock Partners Limited, which bought the club for £1 from former chairman Firoz Kassam. They are also in negotiations to buy the Kassam Stadium from Kassam.
