Thomas Russell ("Nick") Carter (born September 5, 1924 — died November 23, 2003) was a cyclist from New Zealand, who won a silver medal in the Men's Track Competition at the 1950 Commonwealth Games in Auckland. The resident of Nelson also competed in the Individual Road Race at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London.
