Nicholas Rowe (actor)

Nicholas James Sebastian Rowe is an English actor. He has appeared in numerous movies, television programs and theatre plays, though he is most recognized as Sherlock Holmes in Steven Spielberg production Young Sherlock Holmes. His most recent work is La Femme Musketeer.
Nicholas Rowe was born on November 22, 1966 in Edinburgh, Scotland to Alison and Andrew Rowe. Andrew was a member of parliament and Alison was a musician. He attended Eton and received a BA in Hispanic Studies from Bristol University.

- Nicholas Rowe is fluent in French, Spanish, and Portuguese. He plays the trumpet and the cello. He is left handed.
- Rowe was the partner of Lou Gish until her death.
