Nicholas Jones (actor)

Nicholas Jones (born on 3 April 1946 in London, England) is an English character actor. His older sister is actress Gemma Jones. They are the children of actor Griffith Jones.
Nicholas Jones was best known for his role as Captain Triggers in the 1970s World War I adventure series, Wings. After years of bit parts on British television, he gained a new audience when he appeared regularly opposite John Thaw in Kavanagh Q.C. as womanising barrister Jeremy Aldermarten QC during the 1990s.
