Nicholas Joseph Brooks was born in Buffalo, New York in September 13th, 1984. He is the lead singer of the American band Queen City Station and former lead singer of It Dies Today. He was one of the original members of IDT starting the band at age 16, in 2001, with guitarist Chris Cappelli and then guitarist and current bass player Steve Lemke. He left the band early 2007 to start his new project - Queen City Station - with long time friend Andrew Reimers.
There were rumors that Nicholas may need surgery because of the stress he put on his vocal cords when he screamed a lot in his songs, though he didn't get the surgery. Nick sings clean more now, as you will notice on their new record Sirens (It Dies Today album). Nicholas is also very fond of Red Bull, alcohol, and tobacco. He is also known as a party type of guy. He also has a tattoo of Through Leaves, Over Bridges on his chest; the song came from their newest record Sirens (It Dies Today album).
