Niavaran

Niavaran is a district, in northeastern Tehran's city limits. It is east of Shemiran and Darband districts.
It is home to many foreign embassies, The National Library of Iran's northern branch,in addition, Niavaran Palace Complex, and Niavaran Park, as well as many affluent neighborhoods.
Many tall high-rises have recently been built in the area. Being north of the city, Niavaran colder climate all year round, compared to the rest of Tehran, and sees 1700 meters above sea level.
