[edit] Future Development

A new hospital complex is expected to be built in the west-end of the city of St. Catharines, replacing the current St. Catharines General and Ontario Street sites. The new facility will continue to provide acute care and mental health services for the community, as well as feature a new Niagara Regional Cancer Centre.
