The Niagara Falls City School District is a school district in Niagara Falls, New York. The district currently has 13 schools.

The district was founded in 1958 with 4 schools: Maple Avenue Elementary School, Gaskill Middle School, Hyde Park Elementary, and Niagara Falls High School. The school number expanded (as of September 2006) to 13. In 2006 the district announced it would plan on closing a middle school in 2007. The most likely school is Niagara Middle School. The district announced also in 2006 it plans on moving Grade 6 back to elementary, and close two elementaty schools.
