NHT Linhas Aéreas is an airline based at Salgado Filho Porto Alegre Airport in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

The company is controlled by JMT holding (Teixeira family), the CEO is Pedro Teixeira, started the operation on august 2006, and main objective is to operate in the market of regional flights, connecting Porto Alegre in Rio Grande do Sul to the several turistic and industrial cities.

The company has two LET 410 UVP-E20 planes (for 19 passengers and two flight crew) and will be a total of 6 at the end of 2007. NHT Airlines is currently operating to 12 cities in 3 Brazilian states (and will be more cities in 2007, first destinations being Passo Fundo and Erechim), providing both passengers and cargo transportation.

The company intend to include this year routes to Joinvile, Criciúma and Chapecó in Santa Catarina state, and Cascavel, Londrina and Maringá in Curitiba state.
