Nguyen Ngoc Tho

This is a Vietnamese name; the family name is Nguyen. According to Vietnamese custom, this person properly should be referred to by the given name Tho.

Nguyen Ngoc Tho was the first Prime Minister of South Vietnam from 1963 to 1964. His post had been abolished in the late 1950s.
