I took this screenshot myself, from a retail copy of the game Need for Speed: Most Wanted which I own myself. I believe it qualifies for fair use as screen shots from video games are taken by the user and become the property of the user so long as own a legitimate copy of the video game the screen shot originates from.

This image is to be used on the article Need for Speed Most Wanted.
