NFL quarterbacks who have posted a passer rating of zero

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the National Football League, the lowest official passer rating that a quarterback can achieve is 0.0, commonly called a Blutarsky, after John Belushi's character in National Lampoon's Animal House, who posted a 0.00 grade point average.
