I think scan strategies gets way too much attention on this wiki. This radar saves lives and property because of the data it puts in the hands of meteorologists (high-resolution data "bins", and Doppler winds). It also makes life easier for us armchair forecasters, because NEXRAD is live on the Internet. These "little" advantages may be hidden in the External Links, but I think they belong center-stage. This radar was a paradigm shift from its predecessors - the wiki should reflect that.
