Nexia Holdings is a microcap publicly traded holding company on the OTC Bulletin Board, with the stock symbol NEXA, in the United States. Nexia operates through several subsidiaries, including Gold Fusion Laboratories which owns the retail chain and clothing label Black Chandelier. Nexia through its subsidiaries currently employs about 100 people in the state of Utah. Nexia's Chief Executive Officer, Richard Surber, is a licensed California Bar attorney. Mr. Surber obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Juris Doctor from the University of Utah.
