The article, particularly in the final paragraph, was a disaster of obscurantist prose and passive voice. I've rewritten it, but my ability to draft a reasonable version is hampered by my complete lack of familiarity with the subject. From what I can tell, there's a decent notability argument for deleting this article, given that the subject is a collaboration of two organizations, each of whom, according to their WP articles, has one member... the same one member, Stewart Home. Someone familiar with this situation needs to take a long look at this article, and possibly nominate it for deletion. DCB4W 04:04, 26 June 2006 (UTC)
