Newcastle, Shropshire

Newcastle, or Newcastle-on-Clun, is a village and civil parish in the rural South Shropshire district of Shropshire, England. It lies on the River Clun and is near to the small town of Clun.

It lies inside the scenic and remote Clun Forest, part of the Shropshire Hills AONB. Offa's Dyke runs through the area.

The village has a community hall, church and a pub (the "Crown").
