Newbury, New South Wales

Newbury is an estate in the City of Blacktown, in Hills District, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Located in the suburb of Stanhope Gardens, parts of the estate are located under the suburb of Kellyville Ridge.

It features tennis courts and clubhouses.

Newbury Estate, opened by the Minister for Planning, Dr. Andrew Refshauge in May 2002.
