New Zealand general election, 1899

The New Zealand general election of 1899 was held December 6 to elect a total of 80 MPs to the 14th session of the New Zealand Parliament. A total number of 373,744 (77.6%) voters turned out to vote.

The Maori vote was held on December 19.

1899 was the year the number of MPs were increased to 80.
