New York State Route 7A is a short state highway located entirely in Broome County's Town of Kirkwood. It begins at the Pennsylvania state line and runs north to end at NY 7 near Corbettsville.

The path of Route 7A continues Route 7's course along the Susquehanna River valley parallel to US 11 and I-81 from a point where Route 7 detours up a creek valley to Pennsylvania. The route runs northwest-southeast through the valley and has no other points of interest other than its termini.
