New York State Route 418 is a short state route in New York, running from the town of Athol to the hamlet of Warrensburg in Warren County.

NY 418 begins as the final segment of Stoney Creek Road, with the state-maintained terminus being just east of an intersection with Athol Road. It turns right to cross the Hudson River, then runs parallel to the winding Schroon River as River Road. Within the hamlet proper, it is River Street, turning left to cross the river as Richards Avenue, ending at US 9.
