New York State Route 363 links New York State Route 434 at its southern terminus with New York State Route 7 at its northern terminus. It is one of the few routes in the United States that reverses lanes when the northbound lanes dip underneath the southbound lanes and resurface with opposing traffic on the right (on the southern side). The highway is loctaed entriely within the the City of Binghamton in Broome County.
