New York State Route 355 is a state highway in New York State. It begins at NY 66 in the town of Poestenkill and ends at NY 351 in the hamlet ofPoestenkill. It is located entirely within Rensselaer County.

Prior to May 14, 1980, NY 355 ended at the former NY 154 1.8 miles to the west. When NY 154 was decommissioned, NY 355 assumed that portion of former NY 154. Reference markers for NY 154 remain on that route segment.
