New York State Route 353 is a New York State Route located within Cattaraugus County, New York. Its northern terminus is located at an intersection with U.S. Route 62 in the hamlet of Dayton, in the town of the same name. The southern terminus is located at an intersection with New York State Route 417 in the city of Salamanca.

Municipalities NY 353 runs through include the hamlet of Dayton, the village of Cattaraugus, the village of Little Valley, and the city of Salamanca.

Besides US 62 and NY 417, NY 353 intersects with New York State Route 242 in Little Valley.

The entire length of NY 353 was part of New York State Route 18 until the 1960s, when NY 18 was truncated to its current western terminus in Lewiston.
