New York State Route 331 is a short state highway in New York, running from Montgomery County Route 57 south of Crum Creek in the town of St. Johnsville to New York State Route 29 in the Oppenheim hamlet of the same name. It is a two-lane highway its entire length.

NY 331 originally started at NY 5 near the village of St. Johnsville, following Kennedy Road and County Route 57. That road still exists, but has not been modernized. NY 331 in Fulton County bears reference markers indicating that it did indeed start in Montgomery County. The southernmost stretch is steep and windy.
