New York State Route 328 is a state highway located in the Southern Tier of New York, USA. This northeast-southwest route is contained entirely within the Town of Southport in Chemung County.
The northeast end of NY 328 is at New York State Route 14 in the community of Southport, and the southwest terminus is the Pennsylvania state line, where NY 328 continues on as Pennsylvania Route 328. Part of the route of NY 328 parallels Seeley Creek and County Route 69.
Until 1978, NY 328 extended north to the Southern Tier Expressway in Horseheads. It followed Pennsylvania Avenue, South Main Street, North Main Street, Park Place and College Avenue through Elmira and Elmira Heights. North of the Heights, it followed Corning Road, also known as the Miracle Mile. NY 14 followed the route from Pennsylvania Avenue north after NY 328 was truncated.
