New York State Route 326 is a state highway in central New York, USA. This route is entirely within Cayuga County in the heart of the Finger Lakes District. NY-326 runs in a southwest to northeast direction with its northern end in the City of Auburn.

At its northeast terminus, NY-326 joins U.S. Highway 20 in Auburn, and at its southwest terminus, it joins NY-90 north of Union Springs.
