New York State Route 325 is a short state highway located entirely within the Town of Tonawanda in Erie County. It is the only part of Sheridan Drive not signed as NY 324 and continues Sheridan westward from where it detours northwestward to become Grand Island Boulevard and join I-190 in crossing to the eponymous island.

Its southern half, below Interstate 190, is primarily surrounded by industrial property such as the Dunlop tire plant; north of the interstate it is characterized by lower-end retail establishments.
