New York State Route 289 is a short state highway in northern New York, USA. This highway is a north-south road that connects the south part of the Town of Henderson to the central part of the adjacent Town of Ellisburg and is entirely within Jefferson County.
The northern terminus of NY 289 is at New York State Route 178 between Roberts Corner and Thomas Settlement in the Town of Henderson. The southern terminus is at New York State Route 173 in the Village of Ellisburg near the center of the Town of Ellisburg.
