New York State Route 168 is a state highway in New York, running from the village of Mohawk to the hamlet of Starkville in Herkimer County.

A two-lane highway its entire length, NY 168 begins as Hammond Street in Mohawk. Along its entire route, it either heads south-eastward or directly eastward. NY 167 crosses it diagonally in Paines Hollow.
