New York State Route 12F is a short state highway in northern New York, USA. This highway runs parallel to New York State Route 12E, but is on the south side of the Black River. NY 12F links the Town of Hounsfield to the Town of Watertown and is entirely within the southwest part of Jefferson County.
The western terminus of NY 12F is at New York State Route 180 by the Village of Dexter. The eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 11, as well as New York State Route 12, in the City of Watertown.
