New York State Route 127 (NY 127) is a 6.36-mile long north/south state highway in Westchester County, New York, from the village of Mamaroneck to the city of White Plains, New York.

The route begins as Harrison Avenue in the village of Mamaroneck at U.S. Route 1. The route goes through the village of Harrison, crossing over Interstate 95 without an interchange. Harrison Avenue then becomes North Street. At the border with White Plains, NY 127 has an interchange with the Hutchinson River Parkway. Its northern terminus is in White Plains at an interchange with Interstate 287 (at Exit 8). NY 127 within White Plains is county-maintained and has the unsigned designation County Route 30.
