New York State Route 108, also known as Harbor Road, is a 1.72 mile road located on the Suffolk County side of the Suffolk-Nassau county line on Long Island in New York. The route runs between New York State Route 25A in Cold Spring Harbor and Pulaski Road (Suffolk County Road 11) and Woodbury Road (formerly Nassau County Road 12) to the south, also in Cold Spring Harbor. NY 108 is the shortest State Highway on Long Island.

NY 108 serves as the main road to Cold Spring Harbor Station, which is part of the Long Island Rail Road Port Jefferson Line.
