New York State Route 102 also known as Front Street, is an east-west highway in the Town of Hempstead in Nassau County, New York that runs between West Hempstead and East Meadow along the south side of NY 24, where it also terminates at both ends. In the Village of Hempstead itself, Front Street is unmarked until Williams Street. The road also goes under the Meadowbrook State Parkway, but has no connecting ramps to or from the parkway.

In the days when Nassau County had marked County Roads, Nassau County Road 105 terminated near NY 102 in Hempstead. Since Nassau CR 105 was viewed as an extension of NY 105, it has often brought speculation by some roadfans of the potential for a western terminus of NY 105 at NY 102, or even a NY 102/105 multiplex at Route 102's western terminus.
