New Synagogue was the largest synagogue in Tarnów, Poland. It was built in 1865-1908. Construction of synagogue lasted long due to the lack of funds. The synagogue was set on fire by German Nazis in November 1939, fire lasted three days but the construction didn't fell down, so the building had to be blown up.
