New Milford High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grade from New Milford, in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the New Milford School District.

New Milford High School was the 86th-ranked public high school in New Jersey out of 316 schools statewide, in New Jersey Monthly magazine's September 2006 cover story on the state's Top Public High Schools.^[1]

The New Milford High School Knights compete in the Bergen County Scholastic League (BCSL) Olympic Conference, comprised of private and public high schools located in Bergen County and Hudson County. The Knights have won multiple league championships in football, basketball, and wrestling, as well as soccer.

In 2004, the team won their first ever Group One State Championship in baseball, led by the pitching of P. J. Saporito.

Ed Marinaro, former college and NFL football player and actor in the television series Hill Street Blues.^[2]

Rob McClure, who briefly starred as Trekkie Monster, Nicky, Bear, and others on Avenue Q on Broadway. He is set reprise these roles in the show's National Tour in 2007.
